Feel welcome to make use of our free Transfer Assistance Hotline for DirectAdmin to cPanel/WHM transfers. You should submit a ticket, and if you want to speak to one of our technical analysts by phone, visit: http://www.cpanel.net/products/cpwhm/cpanel11/transfer-asst.htm

Our Transfer Assistance Hotline is free for those with root access to both a DirectAdmin and cPanel/WHM server and are migrating to cPanel/WHM.

Is there a tool within cpanel that can do the migration without the transfer assistance?

As of today, there is no tool to migrate data from DA to cPanel. There is one tool you can try, but untested: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=336093

Yes, just go to the WHM interface and in the Transfers section click on "Copy an account from another server" or "Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server" and for server type, select DA.
