Transfer failed from temp database to Horde database-Copy multiple account

Hello,

I have this error message when I copy multiple accounts on option (Copy Multiple accounts/packages from another server in WHM):

DBI connect('database=rcube_username_pAOZwY23A3r4hJuH;host=localhost','horde',...) failed: Access denied for user 'horde'@'localhost' (using password: YES) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Email/Horde/DBI.pm line 101 Transfer failed from temp database to Horde database.
Done

I do not understand, I tried of me connected via ssh on Mysql with the password in the file pico /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/conf.php and that works perfectly.

Other server is also a version 11.32.5 on Linux (CentOS 5.8).

Suggest?

Ok,

Soluce by Cpanel Team: A simple `/scripts/fullhordereset --full --force` on both servers.
