    Hello

I need some easy steps to follow to transfer one forum using cpanel to another server with shared hosting using cpanel :)

    Thank you

I would create a backup of the account on the old server and reload
the backup on the new server.

    However forgoing that ....

You need to transfer all you files to the new server and maintain
the permissions and packing them in an archive helps with that.

You then need to do a database dump. If you don't have general
administrative access (sounds like it), you should go into phpMyAdmin
and dowload your entire database. Some forum applications also let
you copy the database directly (since you mentioned forums)

Upload your files to the new server, load your saved database into a
new database on the new server, update any configuration settings
needed to point to the new database login information.

You should be pretty much good to go.

Yes, but only if you have access to WHM, not the cPanel interface.
Main >> Transfers >> Copy an account from another server

Without WHM access, you would need to download the files to your own
computer and then upload the files from your computer to the new server
using either FTP or the web file managers in each account.

I do recommend archiving the files so you don't have to transfer more
than one file and also makes it easier by retaining file attributes but
you could still do it transferring the individual files.

Doing things a totally different way ...

If you have WHM access, you can just transfer the entire account to
the new server directly. Without WHM, you could still run a backup of
your account and ask your new host to restore the backup for you if
you wanted to simplify things and not have to transfer all your files or
play around with setting up the database and all the work involved.
