    Hey,

Without the SSH or WHM, you would not be able to initiate a transfer of accounts. You mentioned you have File manger,
if so do you have any of your cpanel created backups? If you have, download them to your local machine and then
move it to a new server and restore the accounts.

    Hello :)

Could you elaborate on the specific issue you are experiencing with your website? Do you have root access to the cPanel server? Note that there are no tools or feature in cPanel that allow you to package an account for restoration on another control panel. You would have to manually download the files using FTP or File Manager.

    Thank you.
