Transfer of site stops

    I'm trying to transfer 1 site to another server, Evertime it stops at Downloading Tarball, any Ideas on what could be causing this ?

    WHM has lots of issues when the other server's tmp drive is full, which can easily happen when a large transfer is initiated.

    The best step is login to cpanel at the old host and perform a full account backup to a remote ftp server. It will then compress the whole account and upload it to your server. Then move the file into the /home directory and use WHM's account restore function.
