Transfer Some cpanel accounts from old to new server

    Hello,
    I am try to transfer cPanel a/c from old to new server using WHM transfer function which is
    "Copy Multiple Accounts/Packages from Another Server"

    but when the transfer is done we see that the home dir is not transfer i.e. public_html files...

    Root Administrator
    Is the public_html on source server is configured as a symlink? If so the symlink won't persists after the transfer, you will have to configure it manually on the new server.
