Good afternoon!
After transferring accounts from one server to another, the domains changed their IP address and deleted all records of their subdomains. Both servers have the same cpanel installed. To restore the records, I had to delete and add the subdomain again. Sometimes the subdomains themselves are deleted during the transfer.
What could be the reason for this error?

Hey there! While IPs can change in some circumstances, we definitely wouldn't want subdomains to get removed as part of the migration process. Do you have a way to reproduce this behavior on your server? If so, it would be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can examine that directly on the affected system(s) and determine if we need to file a case with our developers.
