Transfer Tool Error - Account not found on server- Plesk to cPanel

    I've tried unsuccessfully for a couple of days to transfer From a server running Plesk to a server running cPanel/WHM.

    Followed all Transfer Tool according to docs. The first step successfully finds all the users sites, but on the Copy step it fails giving error:

    RESTORE: Account “xxx”: The remote execution of “xxx” was not successful, or the requested account, “xxx” was not found on the server: “xxx”.

    Which is weird because it just detected such the right users all on the original Plesk server.

    I've looked through lots of the forum posts and not getting a clear answer. The server is not running out of time and I tried using the development scripts...

    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried disabling the Firewall at plesk server?

    I don't want to hijack this thread but is there a specific script available when migrating from Plesk to cPanel?

    Our migration team is happy to take a closer look. Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so they can review the issue. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    You will not have access to the "Transfer Tool" option in Web Host Manager with only reseller access. It requires root access to both the cPanel and Plesk servers. Is your hosting provider willing to facilitate the transfer on your behalf?
