Do you have the same problem if you try to back it up using SSH

    Code:
    # /scripts/pkgacct username

I solved the problem, Downgrade the WHM version 11.50.1 (build 3) and it worked perfectly

    Hello :)

Downgrading cPanel may address the issue, but it won't help determine the cause of the problem. Are you able to reproduce the issue after updating cPanel to the latest version available on your build tier?

    Thank you.
