I was running into an issue using the Transfer Tool with Plesk. It said it did not support the Plesk version (12). So I changed the file it looks at for the Plesk version to 11.5.30 to resolve that issue.
I transfered 104 accounts without issue. Then the next day I came back and found that it is no longer showing any accounts after clicking Fetch accounts. No changes were made that I am aware of to the Plesk server. It is still able to connect to the server but doesn't find any accounts.
