    Hello,

I am trying to move some accounts from one vps to another but there is one small problem, I can't use transfer tool. I am randomly getting 4 kinds of error messages. They are as follows:

    Code:
    1. The remote basic credential check failed due to an error (Critical SSH or support files appear to be missing: Failed to normalize shell: The system failed to detect the remote shell. This probably indicates misconfiguration on the remote host or very high system load.) and response: Connecting to ip-address:22 as root...using method password...Connection Success

    Normalizing root shell....

Failed to normalize shell: The system failed to detect the remote shell. This probably indicates misconfiguration on the remote host or very high system load.

    2. Failed to execute “(echo -n "==ssh_multi_exec=begin=1=";echo -n "Whostmgr::Remote::ZD6C9iZp";echo -n "Whostmgr::Remote::VTcZ0rjR==";LC_ALL=C [ -e '/usr/local/cpanel' ] && echo 'cpanel' '' 2>/dev/null;echo -n "==ssh_multi_exec=end=1=";echo -n "Whostmgr::Remote::ZD6C9iZp";echo -n "Whostmgr::Remote::VTcZ0rjR==");(echo -n "==ssh_multi_exec=begin=2=";echo -n "Whostmgr::Remote::ZD6C9iZp";echo -n "Whostmgr::Remote::VTcZ0rjR==";LC_ALL=C /bin/cat /usr/local/cpanel/version 2>/dev/null;echo -n "==ssh_multi_exec=end=2=".................

    3. The system stopped waiting to connect to “source-ip-address” on port “22” after 10 seconds.

    4. The remote basic credential check failed due to an error (The system experienced a timeout error while it attempted to connect to “source-ip-address”: timeout) and response: Connecting to [I]source-ip-address[/I]:22 as root...using method password...
unable to establish master SSH connection: login timeout:
I can successfully ssh from one server to another with no problem. I have also added destination vps ip in allow list of csf in source vps.

I also tried to disable iptables but no luck.

Another thing I tried was increase the size of "
    Code:
Number of seconds an SSH connection related to an account transfer may be inactive before timing out (Minimum: 900; Maximum: 172,800)
" in tweak setting, but it also didn't helped.

    Hello :)

Do you notice any error messages in /var/log/secure or /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? What version of cPanel is installed on the source and destination servers?

    Thank you.

Thank you for replying. Both servers cpanel version is 11.50 . I do not see any noticeable log in /var/log/secure and /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_logs is same as I have mentioned above. Here is the detail one:

    Code:

Did you complete this on both servers during testing? Have you tried a manual SSH connection from the destination server "to" the source server to verify it works as expected?

    Thank you.

I can successfully ssh in both server (from source to destination server and vice-versa). I can also transfer site with scp. I do not know the problem with transfer tool.
