We transferd all accounts for USA to a server here in Australia, we are having trouble with php mail forms that will not send. (unrouteable mail domain).

The new server was a raw install of whm, we dragged all accounts across from ofld server, we are having trouble with the settings on the new server, php and the such. Can any tell me were to get help.

Search through the forums for unrouteable mail domain and you will find number of threads about this issue. As far as PHP and other issues are concerned, you didn't mention that what exactly the problem is. You can hire anyone to resolve the issues on your new server too.

Its a good idea to try and send the message manually in the "Mail Queue Manager", then you can get a better idea of what is causing the problem, as there are many causes for this error.

A common thing to check is make sure this is unticked in "Tweak Settings"

#Prevent the user "nobody" from sending out mail to remote addresses (PHP and CGI scripts generally run as nobody if you are not using PHPSuexec and Suexec respectively.)

Nobody is unticked

Whats happerning is this,

From all PHP mail forms made with wizard, PHP mail managers, anything with PHP will not send mail to external domains.

For example my domain on server is broomewebdesign.com.au , my private email address is @westnet.com.au, PHP mailer will not send straight to my mailing private address.

It will send mail to any mail (domains found on our sever) but will not send mail to say a users private mail address on an external domain.

I am willing to hire some one fix a couple of things on our new server so it was the same as when we were with host gator, since changed to an aussie provider, which we are happy with, more space, better band width and the such.

We want to get on with signing up accounts and web design issues.
