Transfering a Reseller & Nameservers

Hi

I have just transfered a reseller and his 220 accounts to my server via SSH. The reseller had custom nameservers set up on the old server. Will the /scripts/restorepkg command also restore the custom nameservers and give them the correct new IPs or do I need to do it manually?
