Transfering account ERROR [HELP!!!]

I am trying to transfer an account from one cPanel/whm server to another cPanel/WHM server.

Here is what I get when I try to transfer

Error while copying account...! Aborting Extraction

Anyone know how to transfer the account smoothly?

Do you guys actually answer support requests? Why is this forum here if you don't answer people's questions? I asked a question about getting this error a while back in another post and neither of them have been answered yet.

Do a backup adn restore it... transferring accounts is complicated and you can accomplish the same task by resotring a backup.

i tried all transfers method link from WHM and no method works
