Transfering Accounts to Another Server

Hello.
We have WHM. For some reasons i need to migrate all current files (configurations,dns zones,dns records,sql databases and etc.) in this server to another one which i will create a clean whm without any configuration. i have read some statement from documentation but could not act. Could you help me about steps?
