Transfering accounts!

While transfering accounts using full backups i get to this setp

Code: 
Restoring addon domains
Add then whm and cpanel goes offline and the process stops. How can i fix this?

Hello,

can you move backup to root dir from ssh and remove account with whm and go to Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file and keep restore account .

What version of cPanel are you using?
Have you got any red lights in the service manager?
RAM + CPU?
Available free disk space?
