URGENT:Transfering all accounts: HD to HD

Hi,

My OS has got corrupt and is showing segmentation faults. Could you tell me what exactly is this?

Also, the datacenter in installing a new OS on a new Hard drive and will be attaching my current drive as slave drive on the server. The Data center says that all the data is present on the Hard drive.

I unfortunately do not have backups. Can you please let me know how can i transfer all the accounts from slave drive to the new OS and new Cpanel without losing any account or database or email, just from the files present on the slave?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
