Transfering from a different server

Hi,
Recently we have got C panel after having Plesk, i'm intrigued to know if c panel can transfer accounts from Plesk 5.0 as it says 2x and 3.0 but not any higher, is there a patch or can it transfer acounts from 5.0 if you select 3.0 / 2x. It would be very helpful if it can.
