i have a new server. some accounts on it are new (i.e. created on the new server), and some were transferred (using whm the transfer feature) from an old server to the new server.

cpanel works fine for the accounts created on the new server.

but, i can't open cpanel for the accounts that were transferred.

some new accts have a dedicated ip, and http://111.111.111.111:2082 sometimes gives me the cpanel login box, but then won't give me the page (yes the password is correct). it dosen't give the access denied page, it gives the page unavailable message.

nor does it work for transferred shared ip accts, as in:
    http://111.111.111.111/~mydomain:2082
where 111.111.111.111 is now the "main" ip and can be used to view the page. again, this does open cpanel for newly created accounts.

    any ideas.

dns changes haven't propagated - if that's important.

    Transfered accounts

On transfered accounts, some things seem to get screwed up, the last time I tranfered a bunch of accounts, all of the transfered accounts got set to "No Theme". Go into modify accounts and check one of the transfered accounts and make sure that it has a theme set for cpanel.
