transferring a reseller's resold accounts to the main

hello,

I have a reseller who has over 20 accounts and is 4 months behind in payments. I want to cancel him and take over this 20 accounts, how do i move them from his WHM to my WHM on the same server?

In WHM, look under the Account Functions and click on Change Ownership of Account and change the ownership from the resellers username to root.

Is there a fast way to move several accounts? Does the "Change Ownership of Account" only change the /var/cpanel/accts.db and the /var/cpanel/accts.db.orig files?
