Transferring accounts with a reseller account

Hello, I'm a reseller for a hosting company using cpanel and as a result of their constant downtime I have been forced to move to my very own server. I was wondering if there is any way to backup my clients' accounts so I could move them to my new server. I'm sorry to say this but my new server will not have the cpanel control panel.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
