When transferring accounts from one WHM server to another, I am seeing this each time:

Copy an account from another server
Attempting to copy xyzuser from 111.111.111.111

Testing 111.111.111.111 for xfer streaming support....Not Supported!

Both servers are running STABLE "WHM 11.30.5 (build 2)"

Where do I begin to look, to figure out why streaming is not supported?

Thanks, InfoPro! I actually saw those threads, but assumed (maybe wrongly) that the bug about Require SSL still using the non-SSL port of 2086 was long ago fixed and so my problem must be something else. Maybe not? I have added outgoing 2086 to the donor server and will give it a try and report back!

UPDATE: Yep, that was it. "Require SSL" still uses the non-SSL WHM port 2086 to do the streaming. I had to enable TCP Out 2086 on the donor server's firewall and now she's rockin! Many thanks! I shall buy you a shot of Cake Vodka when we meet again.

For the "Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server", where you can move more than one account at a time, Streaming will NOT work if the server you are moving the accounts from is Forcing SSL in Tweak Settings.

There are two settings you must change:

WHM >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings > Redirection > Always Redirect to SSL [OFF]
WHM >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings > Security > Require SSL [OFF]

Of course, it's recommended to return these settings to [ON] once the transfer has completed for security reasons.

This information is per cPanel Ticket 2047386.
