I get this error using WHM 10.8.0 on Fedora 5

If you login to the WHM >> Backup >> Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file you'll see/read "The files must be in one of these directories on the server: /home,/usr/home,/web,/home2,/home3,/root,/usr

it also helps most of the time if both servers running same build ie dont run a cpanel move from beta / current or stable vs current i had issues with this in the past so i keep all my servers in the same build

Ohh Aaron, i take it that is the issue, it isnt copying to ur server. Do what I did to move accounts from the server your trying to transfer from: Go into EVERY clients cPanel, generate a FULL backup, download it, and then using something like SSH Secure File Transfer, upload to /home and restore in WHM. I did that, didnt have any problems. If you want, ill do it for you (once I sort out ISA Server in my home)
