Do you mean transferring all your accounts to new server ?

You can do this via WHM . Login to your new server whm

    Under Transfers you can see

    # Copy an account from another server
    # Copy an account from another server with account password
    # Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server

    Manually Moving WHM/cPanel accounts
    Follow these steps:
1 - In your old server do:
    /scripts/pkgacct username

    2 - After that:
    scp /home/username.tar.gz root@IP:/home/

Where IP is the IP of your destination ( new) server

You will be asked for the root password.

3 - In your destination server do:
    cd /home
    /scripts/restorepkg username

If there are too many accounts and you do not wish to go with whm , you can write a simple script and transfer via ssh .

All these methods will also backup and transfer Mysql database .

If you could give us more details on what all login details you have (root or user login) we will be able to help you better .
