transferring from Plesk to CPanel

I have some questions regarding transferring clients from Plesk to CPanel.
1.) We have webuser accounts setup on Plesk: example,
www.domainname.com~webuser
How do we set this up on CPanel

2.) We have subdomains that have databases. How do we setup the database name and user so that it goes to the right subdomain?

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Reference webusers: (I use that name because that is what they call it in Plesk). How do I set a webuser up in CPanel? My example of how we would access after setting it up in Plesk was this. We would access via URL as: www.domain.com~name
Your reply was www.domain.com/name.

Assuming that these are one in the same way to access via URL, How do I get the /name set up in Cpanel?

FTP Manager to create FTP User?

I went to the FTP Manager icon and 'added' an account. Is that the same as 'create a new FTP user'?

Also when I did this it created the folder in the public_html folder automatically.
