Has anyone heard that to transfer to another cpanel license provider, it all hinges on whether or not the previous license provider approves it or not?
The support desk seems to be avoiding the question.
If so, how long of a wait is there if the previous provider decides to wait and take their time responding, or decides you owe him money for something?
How long are your users without pop email until the previous guy decides to tell cpanel you can transfer the licence?
