Transferring Question

Hi,

I've got a server i've just setup and my previous host who had a reseller on another server wants to move to my server.

I do not have root access to the old server, but the reseller wants to transfer his accounts to my server..... how do I do this?

As in, move his reseller account and all accs under it.

this may be somewhat difficult if you dont have root access, try doing this:

Main >> Transfers >> Copy an account from another server

follow that tree and transfer the reseller's account and all accounts under it. You could also try making backups of each account, then restoring them on the new server.
