I'm not really an Exim or Sendmail expert. I'm moving a bunch of clients from one box to another and I'd really like to make it as seamless as possible. So rather than asking all clients to add a second email account and check both the old and new server during DNS propagation, is there any way I could just push mail from the old box to the new one every couple hours or so? That way I could just tell them to switch the POP Server name to the new IP for 24 hours -- much less hassle than creating duplocate accounts.

    Any tips?

You may try with the PoP Retrieval which is available from the Horde web mail.

After the server move is done, just make the dns records of the account on the old server point to the new one so that any stray emails will be promptly rerouted to the new one.
