    Hello,

About 3 years ago I posted a TT to the cpanel support team about problems transfering accounts from server to server with an alternate ssh port enabled, and port 22 disabled.

Sometime in 2007 they "fixed" the problem and for the last several months I've had no problem transfering accounts across an alternat sshd port.

Up to about 3-4 weeks ago. One day it works, a few days later it no longer works.

I was able to go back in and re-enable port 22 and the transfers work again. However for security reasons, we do not want to keep port 22 open to ssh.

The original tt is [cPanel tickets ID# 91117]

Can someone at cpanel please fix whatever was broken that fixed the original problem?

I'm not the only one with this problem. I read through these forums and found several others with the problem.

Also, please be sure you fix not only the single transfer function, but also the multiple transfer function as well.

    Thank you.

I recommend submitting a new support ticket about this issue, perhaps referencing your prior ticket about this. This will allow our technical analysts to determine why this is not functioning properly and take corrective action.
