Hello,
my new server IP is "X". And I have a secondary IP "Y".
When I transfer between servers, cPanel sets "Y" as the account IP. And I have to change the IP address to "X".
But I'll migrate >90 accounts. Since I will not change the DNS servers until move all accounts (I can migrate about 10 accounts per day):
- cPanel will transfer and set "Y" in the old server DNS zones
- I'll manually change "Y" to "X" in the new server
- PROBLEM: I need to manually edit all DNS zones in the old server, all records, from "Y" to "X".
How can I specify "X" as the destination IP before cPanel transfer and change the DNS zones in the old server? Or any other ideas?
Thank you.
