Translating cpanel into Turkish. --

I have translated my Cpanel into Turkish but there is a problem.. In the mail section, an option to open mail is blank. Or there is no "back" option to go back there. There are lots of missing lines. I want them to write with hand manually. How can I edit it? Help please. Thanks.

Cpanel imi komple turkceye cevirim yanlız bir sorunum var. Mail kısmında yeni mail hesabı açmak için seçenek boş gozukuyor. yada oradan geri çıkmak için geri seçeneği vs. yok bir suru eksik var bunları ben kendim elle yazmak istiyorum nereden editleniyor yardımcı olabilirmisiniz.

I thought the cPanel comes with the Turksih language!!! We have many Turksih clients using the cPanel with the Turksih language.
