Translating WHM (not cPanel)

Does anyone here know how one might translate the interface of WHM into another language? (not cPanel). Where are the files etc.

Currently, you can not change language of WHM. You can only choose languages for cPanel accounts. You will get a list of installed languages from WHM -> Languages -> View installed languages option.
