transulating cpanel

I would loke to transulate my cpanel or my clients into arabic and was wondering how to do this?

In my opinion...

You should maka a small gif image for all the links/functions like for add domain you make a fig image [Al-add domain etc.] & link these images to the location where the 'add domain' text was linked.
