.Trash directory size isn't included in mailbox quota

    If a user deletes emails from webmail, it is moved to ".Trash" directory.
    However all the files in the ".Trash" directory ain't included in mailboxes quota

    exactly

    My customers call me that they can not send email.
    Account in roundcube have 50% quota but trash + emails = 100%
    why?

    it's something that they are aware of

    from their documentation here

    I wish it is to be fixed in future updates
