Not sure if this a cPanel issue or a Squirrelmail issue, apologies if I'm barking up the wrong tree.

But with the latest upgrades to WHM/cPanel, the TRASH folder within Squirrelmail is not showing the count of read and unread messages *in* the trash. it's always showing 0/0 even when that line in the left side is in Bold, indicating content within it.

(If this is something I should report to the Squirrelmail authors, a link would be appreciated.)

Hello :)

Could you clarify which version of cPanel is installed on your system? EX:

Code:
cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
Thank you.

In SquirrelMail, browse to:

"Options >> Folder Preferences"

You can modify the following two options to suite your preferences:

Enable Unread Message Notification
Unread Message Notification Type

Thank you.

I have not been able to reproduce this issue on cPanel version 11.43.0.12 (11.44 development build). Could you open a support ticket so we can reproduce the issue on your machine? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

Thank you.
