when transfering accounts it gave me this error:

Attemping to package account...
expect: spawn id exp3 not open
while executing
&expect -nobrace {
sshcmddone} {
sleep 1
exit
} {Permission denied, please try again*} {
puts &\n\nsshcmdpermissiondeny\n&
puts &\n\nsshcmddon...&
invoked from within
&expect {
&\nsshcmddone& {
sleep 1
exit
}
&Permission denied, please try again*& {
puts &\n\nsshcmdpermissiondeny\n&
puts &\n\nsshcmddone\n&...&
(file &/scripts/sshcmd& line 33)
The remote server didn't report a correct md5sum of the archive. Please ensure you selected the correct type of remote server

any idea what does this mean? although both runs WHM 4.9.0

found the solution
change from hostname to IP address in the server name it would work.

seems the destination server has no dns record for the source server

NOT the solution. At least not here. 3 days of "try again later" Today gives this error before: stdin: is not a tty before the incorrect md5sum error.

Has anyone every found an explanation for this? I've tried IP/hostname, as well as checking permissions on /var/cpanel/users and the user files contained therein.

I've got 619 accounts to copy ASAP and I can't do it. :(

Been there and never did find the fix, I think sometimes cpanel just gets sensitive. I tried 3-4 days later and it worked of course I already manually moved the accounts which was a major headache.

Not that it helps but I think they are improving the move script soon.

We are still getting this error, has anyone found a fix?

Hi kris1351,

Are you trying to copy multiple accounts?
Try with one account per time. This has been work for me.
Try first with just one account and then with multiple.
