Hello :)

Please post the output of the following command:

Code:
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
This will attempt to update the license and report any specific error messages.

Thank you.

I do see the trial license for 211.15.191.253 has been deactivated, based on the results at:

You can contact our Customer Service department to have them confirm why the trial license was deactivated:

fill in the fields:
IP address of server : IP (wget -q -O - http://www.cpanel.net/showip.cgi)

but following message, why?

You must fill in the following required fields:

Please note that if you submit a Customer Service Request, it must first be reviewed by our customer service department and may incur considerable delay. We urge you to follow the steps to locate the support access information so your request can be authenticated.
