I ask to explain, why at each updating it is necessary to delete the extraneous address:
    64.94.110.0/24 - absolutely another's address

And why incorrectly works authentication in Exim?

    You are engaged SPAM?!!!

    Exim Configuration

    Hello,

I did see where you could be concerned, however this is a standard configuration, here is some information about why that is in the config file.

"Since Verisign added a wildcard A record to the .com and .net tld, any lookup to non existing .com/.net tld will result in a address from the 64.94.110.0/24 network. This makes DNSBL lookups produce innocent results for non existing domains. I personaly would add before any DNSBL the following stuff into Postfix main.cf:"

I hope this answers your question.

    Thanks,
