Got the same errors... and the server had to be rebooted... not sure what it means though. chkrootkit didn't really turn up anything.

Do you think that, if we rebooted we shouldn't get this error message. Did you get same error message?

I still get the errors, but one of the CPanel guys logged in to check around for me and said that it was a false-positive.

I'm hoping that the reboot wasn't really necessary... I think RackShack.net was having connectivity issues.
