Trojan Horse scanner is missing

cPanel Access Level
Root Administrator
Using CENTOS 5.9 x86_64 xenpv running VPS WHM 11.34.1 (build 11)
This menu option Trojan Hose Scan under Security Center is not there.
I have x theme as default.
Any ideas please?
