Trouble changing the website domain from mywebsite.com/my-site to mywebsite.com

I have an online shop created on prestaShop and I just developed another one on WP + elementor. Now I don't know how to change the domain from the first website to the 2nd one. I don't know how to make the my-site folder my main folder so the URL looks clean. Thanks in advance

Hello! Does the new site exist as its own subdomain or addon domain within the file structure of the PrestaShop domain? How are these two websites configured currently? If this new website exists in the file structure of the old, you may be able to just update the document root.
