One of my user accounts has a WebDisk installed and in the Actions column, instead of saying Change / Delete / etc... it just says N/A. Is there a way to manually remove it?
    Thank you.

    What cPanel build?

What's their bandwidth limit? or is it unlimited?

My apologies for the lack of info:

bandwidth limit on the customer account - 40gb

    WHM 11.1.0 cPanel 11.4.19-R14379
    REDHAT Enterprise 4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

I'll try upcp --force and see if that helps, thank you.

    which account

Is this the default account (the user account itself) or a subuser account?

    in other words

if the cpanel username to login to www.site.com/cpanel is silly

is this the login silly or a subaccount ?

That's why I felt so silly for asking the question - you made me realize that I was looking at the main user's account, which is supposed to have N/A in the actions column. Oh well, I've asked dumber questions over the years on these boards lol...
