I've been transferring accounts from a shared server to a dedicated server using WHM. No problem with all accounts but four of them. When I try transferring them it gets aborted and I get the following error. Anyone know why or what to do?

are you transfering each account with that accounts user/pass or do you have the root pass?

My guess since you are moving from a shared to dedicated is that you dont have root access. If this is the case, how much space does these 4 people have left? i'm wondering if the copy is failing before your reaching quota limit.

I'm using them with each account's user/pass since I don't have root access.

I thought of the account size but I increased each account to have more than enough room and tried again and it still failed.
