    Is cpanel having some problems with their servers. When we try to update cpanel we get error messages:

    Code:
    Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/RELEASE/scripts/.cpanelsync.   bz2.......Failed
    ...Done

    bzip2: Compressed file ends unexpectedly;
            perhaps it is corrupted? *Possible* reason follows.
    bzip2: Success
            Input file = /scripts/.cpanelsync.bz2, output file = /scripts/.         cpanelsync

    It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
    You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.

    You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
    data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.

    bzip2: Deleting output file /scripts/.cpanelsync, if it exists.
    Download Failed... trying again..

    I had some trouble with exim this morning, so I tried running /scripts/exim4 and I get this error:
    Code:
    [Errno 7] HTTP Error (CannotSendRequest):
    --11:17:10--  http://diff.cpanel.net/exim-cpanel7.2.0/exim--_.src.rpm
               => `exim.src.rpm'
    Resolving diff.cpanel.net... failed: Host not found.
    Building RPM....Done
    Failed to download http://diff.cpanel.net/exim-cpanel7.2.0/exim--_.src.rpm at /scripts/exim4 line 208.

    I'm running the release build of cpanel. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

    I am, same error:
    bzip2: Deleting output file /scripts/.cpanelsync, if it exists.
    Download Failed... trying again..
    Unable to retrieve file
    ...Failed
    Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/STABLE/scripts/.cpanelsync....Trying httpupdate.cpanel.net @ 69.72.164.152
    Error 404 while fetching url http://httpupdate.cpanel.net//cpanelsync/STABLE/scripts/.cpanelsync
    ...Done
    Download Failed... trying again..

    It stops after failing 10 times.

    Tried to install various programs like /scripts/exim4 and /scripts/installspam and had the same problem.

    See if removing /var/cpanel/version/9.9.9.1 file helps fix the problem.
