One of my clients has two accounts on our server. He can access both websites, but gets a &server not found& error when trying to access my website on the same server. He also gets a &cannot find server& error when trying to pull email (using Outlook) from one of his domain email accounts, but not the other.
I created a dummy email account for the domain that he has trouble with, and was able to successfully send and receive an email from it. I can pull up my site with no trouble as well.
I am at a loss to explain why this might be happening - if he can get to one site on the server, he should be able to get to all of them, I would think. Also, if the server is accessible to him, why would he get a can't find server error for the email on one of his accounts and not on the other?
He says that immediately after he gets the error pulling up my website, he is able to pull up his own, so it doesn't seem like it would be a network problem.
We are running RedHat7.2 with CPanel, if that makes a difference. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
