Hi. Our server is installed on the network behind the router. The server's internal address is 192.168 ... We configured NAT for ports 1-8081 but cannot install the license. We received a license without a router, but when we put it back, the problem returned.
I can't access to whm for view a cpanel support access id for write to support service.

Why can't you access WHM? It sounds a lot like the router isn't accepting traffic on the necessary ports for both incoming and outgoing connections. We won't be able to troubleshoot your router's configuration and I'd strongly suggest to further troubleshoot this you enlist the assistance of a qualified system administrator. If you don't have one, you might find one here: System Administration Services | cPanel Forums

    Thanks!
