    I am running Red Hat Apache 1.3.33 and have installed mod_layout 3.2.1.

    Mod_layout is showing up under cpanel/whm news.

    However, anytime I add a directive to my httpd.conf file that references this module, apache will not start afterwards.

    Here are the directives I've tried so far:

    Code:
    <VirtualHost example.com>
    LayoutMerge On
    LayoutHeader "/usr/local/apache/htdocs/header.php"
    LayoutHandler "application/x-httpd-php"
    </VirtualHost>
    and

    Code:
    <VirtualHost 63.247.135.62>
    ServerAlias example.com
    LayoutMerge On
    LayoutHeader "/usr/local/apache/htdocs/header.php"
    LayoutHandler "application/x-httpd-php"
    </VirtualHost>
    and also tried adding the following to the existing virtual host directives for "example".com:

    Code:
    <IfModule mod_layout.c>
    LayoutMerge On
    LayoutHeader "/usr/local/apache/htdocs/header.php"
    </IfModule>
    Apache choked on each of these.

    I also recompiled mod_layout and removed:

    Code:
    DEF = -Wall -DDEBUG <--- -DDEBUG
    Didn't work.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thank you!
