trouble with relayers and getting email

    I have a problem, before I had nothing on my "top relayer list" and now I have 3 accounts even if the same amount of email is being sent, I would like to delete this relayer list, also I have an auto reporting with Salesforce and it is not e-mailing me or I'm not getting the e-mails could you help me,

    I'm new to Exim and server admin so please do not asume easy stuff
