    Hi,

Strange. It's impossible to configure redirection.

Redirection in cpanel interface doesn't work for my customers.

domain1.com can't redirect to domain2.com with or not www.

Did you have an idea ?

    Thx,
    Eric

What is your cPanel version number?

Are both domains setup in the same cPanel account, perhaps sharing the same document root directory path?

Are any messages displayed when attempting to setup the redirect and are any details recorded in the cPanel error_log (at "/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log")?

Via root SSH access, the following command may be used to monitor the cPanel error_log while attempting to create the redirect in cPanel:
    Code:
    # tail -fvn0 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Thank you for the information. If you have "root" (i.e., Server Administrator) access to the system please submit a support request so that we may assist with determining a precise cause and path toward resolution; direct access to the system will be needed to properly diagnose and investigate the issue.

If "root" Administrator access is not available to you directly, but perhaps only to your hosting provider, please ask them to escalate the issue by submitting a support request on your behalf, and mention this forums thread in the ticket, so that we may assist with investigating the described difficulty. If your hosting provider will initiate a support request on your behalf, please ask them for the ticket ID number; if or when it is available, please let me know the ticket ID number so that I may follow-up internally. I would like to help verify the circumstances involved and confirm any applicable steps used for resolution; if a resolution can be confirmed I will reply in this thread to share available corrective measures.
