Hey guys, so I suck at troubleshooting mail... I am good at troubleshooting smartermail though, but.. thats windows. (I also work for crystaltech). I had a few questions as far as troubleshooting goes, for future reference (By the way, I am using exim right now). Where are the SMTP logs? POP Logs? Delivery logs? Do you guys have any good techniques for troubleshooting email problems? I can tell if its a customer problem or not, but if I rule them out.... Then Im just googling my butt off for like 2 hours, and it usually doesnt work out well. Thanks guys!
